Your rent includes water, sewer and garbage in one price.  No add on's, no surprises! Resident is responsible for electricity, cable and internet. 

Residents may have a maximum of 2 vehicles.  The assigned parking space for the garage townhouses is the garage.  A numbered space is assigned to other units.  Assigned parking for a 2nd vehicle may be reserved for a $25 parking fee, if available. 2 vehicles maximum including motorcycles. 

We love furry friends up to 25lbs adult weight, no aggressive breeds. Maximum 2 per apartment, with an additional $800 security deposit per animal. Pets must be leashed when outside the apartment and owners must pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
